Should you wish to be removed from our mail list, simply click 'unsubscribe' on the bottom of our email correspondences.

Our SSL security system ensures your credit card and contact details are safe and secure. All data is secured by 128 Bit SSL.
All amounts listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Due to variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear different to real life. We aim to provide accurate images of our products, however we cannot guarantee images shown on our website portray the true colour of the product. Likewise, written colour descriptions may be different than expected. If you have any questions, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping & Costs
At checkout, a $10.00 delivery charge will be added to every order for delivery within Australia. Orders over $150 will be sent freight free. Some exceptions apply. All orders will be sent with Australia Post's eParcel service with the exception of orders that exceed Australia Post's size and weight requirements. In the event that a parcel cannot be sent with Australia Post's eParcel service, a courier company will be used instead.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please all 2-7 business days for East Coast destinations and 5-14 days for Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
If we are unable to supply your order in full we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you. We will let you know when are can supply the item in question or offer you a full refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase from us and wish to return it for an exchange, you must;
- Contact us on email@example.com with your order number. Our staff will then provide you with our return address
- Return the item to us within 30 days of delivery
- Pay for the cost of postage both ways (this includes sales that exceed the $150 free freight threshold).
- Ensure the item and it's packaging are not damaged in any way.
Please note: Lighting and SALE items are not able to be returned or refunded due to change of mind.
In accordance with the law, refunds are only offered on items that are found to be faulty. Refunds will not be processed for goods returned due to change of mind.
If your item is damaged on arrival please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. We will arrange a replacement of the damaged item to be sent immediately. Claims received after 7 days of receipt of order may not be acknowledged.
