Returning Items

If you change your mind we will happily offer a credit voucher or refund on any full priced purchase. Returns will be accepted within 14 days from date of delivery. Proof of purchase must be supplied.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached, in their original packaging. Please pack all items safely for the return transport.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Milk & Sugar. Please note, we cannot be responsible for goods damaged in return transit. We recommend using a postage method which provides tracking or insurance for items in transit.

Once your item/s have been received by our warehouse, and assuming they are in perfect condition your order will be refunded, or a credit note will be issued to the value of the goods, minus any shipping costs incurred by Milk & Sugar.

Shipping & Delivery

Interruption to Despatch 

From 7th - 11th October we will be undergoing an office and warehouse relocation and during this time any online orders will not be shipped. We will endeavour to have things back to normal ASAP and have your orders shipped the moment our warehouse is back up and running. We thank you for your patience during this time. 

Shipping

We endeavour to process and ship orders to our customers as quickly as humanly possible. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed by you online.

Freight Costs

We charge a flat rate of $10 nationally for all orders. On orders over $150 we offer free shipping.
