Returning Items

We are happy to offer a refund or credit note for any full priced items purchased on this website. Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Items must have been purchased at full price, or during a sales or promotional period.
- All items purchased from the Sale section are final and cannot be returned.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of the order being delivered.
- The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Milk & Sugar, and any shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
- We cannot be responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels and boxing intact and unspoilt.

Simply head to our Returns Portal to lodge your returns request*. Once approved, you will receive your returns label with further instructions.
