Returning Items

If you change your mind we will happily offer a credit voucher or refund on any full priced purchase. Returns will be accepted within 14 days from date of delivery. Proof of purchase must be supplied.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached, in their original packaging. Please pack all items safely for the return transport.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Milk & Sugar. Please note, we cannot be responsible for goods damaged in return transit. We recommend using a postage method which provides tracking or insurance for items in transit.

Once your item/s have been received by our warehouse, and assuming they are in perfect condition your order will be refunded, or a credit note will be issued to the value of the goods, minus any shipping costs incurred by Milk & Sugar.

Shipping & Delivery

Christmas Closures

Our office and warehouse will be closed for a much needed break from Tuesday December 22nd and we'll re-open on Monday January 4th. During this period there will be an interruption to despatch of orders. Any order placed during this time will be actioned as a matter of urgency once our warehouse re-opens on 4th January. We wish you all a wonderful festive season and a happy new year.

We endeavour to process and ship orders to our customers as quickly as humanly possible. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed by you online.
