Milk & Sugar is sold in hundreds of independently owned homewares and giftware stores nationally. So chances are there's a shop near you selling our brand. Contact our team with your suburb/town and your product of interest and we'll point you in the right direction.
I've changed my mind, is it ok for me to exchange my item?
Of course. We offer exchanges for up to 30 days from purchase date. Purchased items must be returned at the customer's expense with both the item and the packaging intact. If you'd like to make an exchange, please contact our team to arrange this.

How do I know if the item I love is in stock?
All items available for purchase on our website are in stock. On the product page (where you add the item to your cart), an item will be marked as 'unavailable' if it is temporarily out of stock.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally at this point in time.
