Christmas Closure

Our office and warehouse teams are now having a well deserved break for the festive season. Our warehouse will re-open on Wednesday 8th January and our office team will be back on Tuesday 14th.We thank you for your patience during this time and wish you a happy holiday period. 

Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to process and ship orders within two business days of the order being placed. Some delays can be expected during peak times or promotional events. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details upon despatch of your order.

Transit Times

Transit times will vary depending on your location. The below times are a guide only and the actual time may be slightly shorter or longer depending on the item size or any unforeseen delays;

Address Requirements

A street address must be provided at the time of placing an order. We are unfortunately unable to ship to PO Boxes. Should the delivery address require changing, please contact us prior to despatch at info@milkandsugar.com.au. If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already been shipped we won't be able to amend or change the address. Orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses may result in additional delivery fees being charged to the customer. 

Shipping Costs

Rugs, home décor items and bedding are shipped free of charge. Furniture items do attract a shipping charge which varies depending on the item and the destination. Please refer to the Shipping tab on the product page to confirm whether a freight charge is applicable. Milk & Sugar reserves the right to request extra freight contributions for remote locations, heavy/bulky items or for deliveries requiring a specialised service. 

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service is to ground floor, front door only. Our delivery partners will not enter your home. Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, during business hours. Please note that this service does not include unpacking, assembly or rubbish removal. 

Access to Property

When considering an item for purchase, be sure to verify that it will fit through doorways, into lifts and stairwells by consulting the specific dimensions provided on the product page. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, reach out to us and we'll do our utmost to help. Unfortunately, should your purchase not fit its intended space upon delivery, additional freight charges will apply for returning the item to us.
